Experienced professional with over ten years experience working in the EFT industry. I am greatly involved in the Implementation of EFT solutions and projects on the Postilion Switch platform across the African continent. The role involves carrying out customer EMV certification for products such as MasterCard, Visa, CUP and other national switches.I have worked with the following terminal Devices {VeriFone terminals, NCR, Diebold & Wincor ATMs}. I am also responsible for supporting client banks’ EFT payment systems according to set SLAs as well as Liaison with client-banks to trouble-shoot mission critical issues.

My current role also allows me to support business improvement initiatives involving payment system applications by ensuring that new card initiatives, alternate channels and acquiring & issuing business projects are implemented efficiently. Lastly I am involved in the supervision of the support and implementation team.
