With 9+ years of experience, Ramona currently works as an instructional designer in Chicagoland.  She has had multiple opportunities to create training programs from scratch for varying audiences, including in-person, virtual, and eLearning modalities. She has extensive experience in technical training.  Past accomplishments include creating eLearning curriculum for fleet drivers, as well as a vendor training program. A highlight of her career has been an opportunity in 2017 to travel to Hyderabad, India to deliver training to a new office of 35 associates.

Ramona has a Master of Arts in Communications Cinema-Television Video Editing from Regent University as well as a Graduate Certificate in Instructional Design from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.

Her preferred freelance work includes developing eLearning solutions, but she is open to other opportunities.  She is an expert user with Articulate 360 Storyline, Rise, and Camtasia.  Additionally, she has an extensive video editing background in Adobe Premier Pro.
