Prabhav carries 10+ years of experience in Training, Instructional designing, Skill Development, Capacity building, E-Learning, Content development, and LMS Management for fields like Information Technology, Software/ Product training, Banking, Insurance, Tax, POSH, K-12, etc for Corporate Clients, MNCs and Non-Profits (NGO).

He is an NSDC-certified Master Trainer, Certified POSH Trainer, and Instructional Designer. He is also a member of the Indian Society of Training and Development (ISTD) and the International Association of Facilitators (IAF)

He has a flair for self-development, research, and developing engaging e-learning modules, storyboards, content, curriculum and training videos on trending topics using the combination of multimedia, the latest technology including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Tools Package, Articulate storyline, Filmora, Camtasia, Canva, AI etc.

He loves to fill the skill gaps by performing appropriate Training Need Analysis, understanding the needs of the audience and clients, developing engaging learning content, providing training, and using aids like storytelling, visual representations, etc. He also does training evaluations to identify further, if the purpose of learning is fulfilled.

He would aim to take unmatched training techniques, products, and services to the masses nationally and internationally. He believes, he is a self-starter and has demonstrated ownership by taking full responsibility for the tasks assigned to him and strengthening his team’s backbone. Having a combination of experiences in training, theatre, and instructional design, he can handle audiences of different age groups.
