Senior Manager, Learning and Development
Training, managing and driving performance for the Learning and Development department. Reporting to the Director, Human Resources. Nature of the Job: o Set-up the Learning and Development department by creating JDs, KRAs, and department responsibilities that align with new hires Induction, Production training requirements and staff improvement programs. o Managing the Learning and Development department on day to day functioning. o Created Training and Capacity Planning trackers & reports. o Liaison between Learning and Development department and all operational departments. o Designed and implemented Training Needs Analysis to improve production performance. o Reduced costs by designing and facilitating new hire Induction training which was facilitated through a vendor. o Reduced costs by integrating learning and IT testing domains. o Designed, created, and implemented new hire Base Level training.
