Performance Management:

  • Extensive experience in planning, creating, and implementing Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) using tools like GTM Hub and Lattice, aligning them with organizational objectives and the competency framework.
  • Development of Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for operations teams in a cascading format.
