Hi! My name is Aditi Ajay Lal, and an instructional designer. I have been an instructional designer and e-learning developer or over 1 year. I have developed many online courses for adult learners in private and nonprofit sector. Prior to working in this field, I was a performance driven CRSA with proven capabilities to work in compliance with processes and guidelines and implementing methods for resolving customer grievances/complaints with effective communicator possessing sound interpersonal, liaising and team management skills.
I create modules using Blooms Taxonomy.
As an instructional designer, it is important for me to create meaningful learning experiences that make a difference in the lives of my learners. It is also equally as important for others to know what my role means and why it is important.

Instructional designer

Evaluate new e-learning materials. Design and revamp both new and established learning models. Implement feedback from client reviews. Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content. Work with subject matter experts (SME) to identify the target audience’s training needs, so the storyboarding meets the expectation of the client. Set instructional end goals and create content that matches them. Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface, and the finished product. Create audio scripts and generate transcripts. Develop articulate activities. Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design. Devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of the course. Maintain project documentation and course folders.

This program provides basic theoretical and practical skills needed to design, deliver and evaluate courseware. students explore the theories of instructional design through reading, viewing e-learning modules and practical applications. the program aims at acquisition of professional qualifications in instructional design as well as self-enrichment and improvement of job=related skills.
